Hey there everypeoples

Hiya chaps, I'm Bubsty. AKA madmanwithaknife, shmebb, shmebber8, Justatest7, and Bubsters108. *Phew!* So... take a look around. I strongly suggest checking out my favorites. And this quiz that I made's not bad. And this guestbook is pretty fun. I mean, I signed it.

The Wiki

How this started/my goals

Yay! Homestar Wiki!
I found out about this wiki when I was google-ing all the main characters of homestar at school. That was around April or March 2005. So I haven't been here for very long.
Anyway, I really like the wiki. I love homestar, and I like editing on a computer, so this definately is the place for me. Someday, I hope to be a sysop. But before that ever happens, I need to know a lot more about editing. My stupid computer won't let me upload images yet, which kinda sucks.

What I do

Some of the things I do do are:
  • Patrol the "recent changes" page.
  • Catch trolls. (I've caught 5 so far).
  • State my opinion in the "stuff" page.
  • Do gnome work.
  • Post questions/comments on the talk pages of... pages.
  • Constantely upgrade this page.
I joined the welcoming commitee in July sometime, then quit, and then joined again.
I've also made a Homestarrunner quiz that you can check it out here. If you get 9 out of 9, and you never guessed or cheated, then... congratulations.

Things I've Done

I won this award for fighting the first wave of the NSMC troll.

I really haven't done much on this wiki, but I have done a few accomplishments. That I like.

  • I worked on the transcript for the "More Fan Costumes" page. (Not that much, however).
  • I started the transcript, and did a lot of it, on Fall Float Parade.
  • I worked on the transcript for portrait.
  • I had the idea to put the "The Sun Almost Rises" on the page, and did all of it. Whether it survives remains to be seen...
  • I worked a lot on the new format of the Secret Pages page.
  • I worked on the History page before it was completed.
  • I was patrolling recent changes when I noticed someone just replaced a page with ----- STOLE MY COW!! It was the first stage of the NSMC. I was the first to revert a page, and did a lot of reverting. I also won a cool award. (Thanks Abdi)
  • I've welcomed 48 people.
  • I created Moses MaloneLand, Nuclear Class Submarine "Soccermom", and Outer Space.
  • It isn't something I've done, but it's still pretty cool. Finally, after counting every single password reminder e-mail I got, I found out that I hold the record of the most, at 4,992 password reminders. DorianGray came in a close second.
  • I currently rank #13 on The most linked to page. And with 11,334 articles, thats pretty good.

1. Dead links. (That could be corrected. It's annoying).
2. People who don't sign their posts. (You don't need a link, I just wanna know who I'm talking to! It doesn't matter if you're annonymous).
3. When people spell my name wrong. (It's Erik, not Eric!!!!)
