Fully Human Characters

Most of the characters of the Homestar Runner universe are very different in physical characteristics from humans. However, there have been a few characters that more resemble humans. Notably, none of these characters have been fully visible in the main animation style.

- Marzi-Mei — The original design for the 20X6 version of Marzipan.
- Arrow'd Guy — The tormentor of the Teen Girl Squad.
- Balding Man — A stereotype of the average middle-aged man.
- Crack Stuntman — The voice of Gunhaver of the Cheat Commandos.
- Crack Stuntman's Girlfriend — The voice of the New Bad Guy Girl Character on Cheat Commandos.
- A. Chimendez — Writer of Cheat Commandos and other TV shows.
- Limozeen — A stereotypical hair metal band, animated in best thing.
- Teeg Dougland — The manager of Limozeen.
- Advantage — An all-girl metal band, animated in The Limozeen Advantage.
- sloshy — A stereotypical alternative rock band, animated in Limozeen vs. sloshy.
- Stave It Off Guy — A guitarist resembling a typical singer-songwriter, appearing in for kids and Crystal Fortress.
- Email space program — The filmstrip includes pictures of some very human looking "hot '60s-looking girls". It also includes pictures of T'daveral and his co-worker, who appear human.
- T'daveral would appear again in Career Day.
- Email your funeral — There is a fat hairy man in a Duckie Shirt at Strong Bad's funeral.

- Ballad of The Sneak — The Sneak is shown as a human.
- Email origins — Homsar refers to himself as the "human wedgie".
- Email record book — Despite his appearance, Strong Bad is referred to as a human.
- Email retirement — Marzipan's stage name is "the Human Woo-man Rotini".
- Jibblies 2 — Strong Bad describes Homestar as "the Human Grate On My Nerves".
- Baddest of the Bands — Strong Bad asks Marzipan to make an autograph out to "Strong Bad, the Human Kick-in-the-Crotch". Marzipan refuses, making it out to "the Human Drippy Drawers" instead.
- Doomy Tales of the Macabre — Strong Bad is cursed with a pair of human hands.
- Flash is Dead! — Bubs believes that Coach Z is responsible for carrying on the human race.
- Meeple Grove — Meeple Strong Sad defines a meeple as being "a wooden approximation of a human character".
- Email parenting — Coach Z compares a bag of pudding to a "real human baby".
- Dangeresque Roomisode 2: The Intersection of Doom & Boom — Two of Renaldo's nicknames are "The Human Leftovers Smell" and "The Human That One Hard Burnt French Fry At The Bottom".
