Hammerspace
From Homestar Runner Wiki
Residents of the Homestar Runner universe often reach into Hammerspace to access regularly unavailable items. Hammerspace is an imagined "storage realm" that allows cartoon characters to have access to practically any item they wish without impeding the plot or ruining comedic timing. As in most other animated works of fiction, the other characters usually make no mention of and seemingly do not respond to the appearance of the new items. Also, cartoons sometimes feature characters hiding behind and/or emerging from objects much smaller than themselves; this is commonly said to be characters hiding themselves in Hammerspace.
It can be said that The Paper almost always emerges from Hammerspace, due to the lack of a visible printer, although the email the paper shows a printer falling from the ceiling, suggesting that it was mounted up there; also, towards the end of the email, Bubs appears to be installing a printer in the same spot.
