The Flash Store was the Flash-based marketplace on homestarrunner.com where visitors could browse Homestar Runner merchandise. The actual purchases were handled through a Yahoo! storefront, and in 2005 the storefront moved to a separate Yahoo platform.

The "store" links of the site now direct users to the Shopify, Teespring, and Fangamer storefronts.
