[edit] Homestar Lite T-shirt
There's a discrepancy between the Flash Store and the picture of this t-shirt. The store shows a t-shirt with Homestar standing, and the picture on this page shows the t-shirt with Homestar running. Yet, I can't find a picture file for the correct t-shirt--does one exist? Trey56 18:35, 6 March 2006 (UTC)
- I believe the image we have in this article is incorrect. They used to offer a Homestar Lite shirt with Homestar standing straight. Now they offer a Homestar Runner Lite shirt. We'll need to take a new screenshot from the Flash Store to correct it. Good catch. -- Tom 18:52, 6 March 2006 (UTC)
- I switched the pictures, and although the full version has words on it,
I don't think there's a better option. I found a better picture on the web (but clearly created by TBC).Trey56 19:59, 6 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Hidden Easter Egg
I could swear there used to be a hidden easter egg if you played certain songs on the shirts... though I barely remember what it was. — 24.26.168.164 (Talk | contribs) 16:29, March 7, 2006 (UTC) (left unsigned)
- I'm afraid I've never heard of that before. If you could give any elaboration at all, or perhaps a reference we could use to look into this with, that would be great. — Lapper (talk) 22:30, 7 March 2006 (UTC)
I remember this, too. You had to play the little jingle in "action figure", and something (i can't remember what) would pop up. If I can get it to work again, I'll post the results here.
EDIT: Yeah, and when you did it correctly these little musical notes would appear in the top corner of the screen. Maybe they removed it at some point, let me look for an older verison of the Flash Store.
[edit] Shirt Tones - link explanation
I screwed up the description of the edit. (Why isn't Wiki linking in the Help?) At http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Modulation_(music) they use Bb and A#, though on other pages they will write out B-flat and A-sharp. I figure either is acceptable, so for readability I altered the spellings. Reading "a flat D-sharp" was awkward, for starters. - Qermaq - (T/C) 03:25, 10 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] A Predecessor to the Flash Store?
Searching the Internet Archives, I found that this Flash Store was first launched in June 2003. Before that, is a 550x400 Flash page that is simply a white area, with a non-existent flash file. A possible predecessor? That'sBupkis! 14:14, 1 July 2009 (UTC)
- Link, please?
OptimisticFool 15:33, 1 July 2009 (UTC)
- [1] is an Archive dated March 31, 2001. Flash File is "store.swf", and has a resolution of 550x400.
- [2] is another Archive dated June 22, 2003. Flash File is "store_new.swf", and has a resolution of 650x400.
- However, the original HTML link redirects to the current store and, store.swf is no longer on the website.

- Also, the following text is in the HTML File from the first archive:
<!-- URL's used in the movie--> <!-- text used in the movie--> <!-- aBB Buy some crap! ! t-shirts! stickers! that's all! -->
That'sBupkis! 13:22, 2 July 2009 (UTC)
- I've stumbled upon that before. I was wondering the stickers they sold were these that are hidden in the "store_new.swf" Flash file?

- Sorry for the double post, but by looking at the Yahoo store, from the time that the original Flash store was around (which would've been where the order form was), you can see exactly what the it sold:
- Now this page is in need of an update.

- I've also found some archived versions of the Yahoo! Store from 2001 to 2004. I think that those pages were linked to from the First Flash Store. The First Flash Store could have been the menu of what was sold, and then you clicked links from the Flash to go to the Yahoo! Store to actually buy them. I mean, how can you add stuff to your cart and actually buy stuff from an SWF file?

[edit] Need a specific date
For the action figure theme, when, specifically, does it do the easter egg? I know it's A,B,A,B,A,A,B,D. But when was that able to happen? Can someone give some kind of link? CrabAttack1999
