Site components are parts of the website that normally aren't accessed on their own. They are often embedded in other Flash files.

	NavBar	The menu that appears on almost every page underneath the website. This current NavBar layout was first seen December 20, 2020, on the Stinkoman 20X6 page after its Version 8.0 update — it was applied to the entire site on December 31. The Navbar is made out of HTML assets, in contrast with prior iterations being Flash files. [hr logo]* main toons sbemails games stores contact The original NavBar can be seen under the email virus and Main Page 22, due to the NavBar being part of the Flash files for the purposes of these pages, and never being updated since then. At this time, the menu was composed of: main toons games characters downloads store sb emails contact legal stuff Prior to 2020, updates to the NavBar had been relatively minor: The "rando" link was added between "contact" and "legal stuff" sometime between August 18 and 22, 2005. "legal stuff" was shortened to "legal" to make room for this addition. A "podcast" entry was added between "sb emails" and "contact" on March 1, 2007. "Podcast" was replaced with "subscribe" between October 22 and 27, 2009. "Subscribe" was then replaced by "youtube" between March 9 and April 2, 2015. The "store" text color was changed to red sometime between January 17 and 21, 2010 (around the time the "shop our store" button was added to the Index Page); this was reverted between April 1 and 4, 2010. 	She Loves Me!	She Loves Me! is the "game" with the first appearance of Marzipan. Homestar picks the petals off of a flower until at the end, it turns out that she loves him not. 	Old Characters Page	The Old Characters Page was an early attempt to introduce the various denizens of Free Country, USA.	Visit the Old Character Page View the Flash file
	Alternate TV Time Toons Menu	The same toons menu, but it has a different page name: Instead of "toons.html", it's "tvguide.html". This was the name of the toons menu back before the remote was upgraded. The pages are identical except for the fact that it lacks the navbar. 	They Call Him Flipper	Used to flip pages upside-down for April Fools' 2006. It is possible to flip any SWF file on the site except for the exceptions listed here. In the URL for the flipped homepage, replace "welcome.swf" with any SWF file. It gives people who weren't on the site on April Fools' Day a chance to see flipping of pages, and allows pages that were not on the site on 1 April 2006 to be flipped as well. 	Email Page	The page used by The Brothers Chaps to check the homestarrunner.com email, when the site was hosted on Caronet. As of mid-2016 was replaced with a blank/default homestarrunner.com page, and seems to have last been updated in the middle of August 2017. Now it seems to show the text "You see this page because there is no Web site at this address.".	View Page
