Bozar

Bozar was a magical prankster in the quickly-canceled Limozeen Saturday Morning space cartoon. He has the ability to turn reality upside-down. He also has a big mustache and green horns coming out of his enormous bald head. In the cartoon's one episode, Bozar turned the band's instruments into Italian noodles. He somewhat resembles Mr. Mxyzptlk, and is likely inspired by the Star Trek character Q who, like Bozar, enjoyed causing problems.
