- Peasant's Quest — One of the items that is given to The Three Keepers of Trogdor is a bottle of pills.
- Email time capsule — One of the Easter eggs features Jobar's Big Ol' Headache Medicine.
- Stinkoman 20X6 — The main item for restoring health is a large pill.
- Email candy product — Strong Bad's junkmail filter, Edgar's Baby's Daddy, has one email with the subject "Re: PharamBlacy news", parodying spammers who advertise prescription drugs.
- Email web comics — The Cheat's junk mail filter has an email with the subject "PharmC7acy".
- Email alternate universe — Homestar Runner tries to make a real fruit smoothie using "Total Load", the total body fitness enhancing powder.
- Email retirement — Strong Bad runs out of his "antidepressants", and later his "Cloud Shape Spotting Log" in an Easter egg lists "diet pills".
- Fan Costumes '08 — In mocking a The King of Town costume, Strong Bad uses the phrase, "I don't think the medication is working."
