In Shopping for Danger, Reynold 'borrowed' his Justice Rocket Backpack Rocket Rocket, resulting in disaster. His lot in life seems to be a running gag based on his name; that is, to appear casually any time someone "needs reinforcements." Every appearance of him in the cartoons is punctuated with him waving and saying "Hey, guys."
