The Blue Laser Cottage is where the Cheat Commandos had dinner with Blue Laser in Let us give TANKS!. It is possible that the Blue Laser Commander and his minions live there, although the toon's commentary suggests it belongs to his Nana. It was blown up in the same toon.

The cottage is visible from Reynold's parents' house.
