The Store, also known as Homestore Runner, is where one can buy Homestar Runner merchandise. It is also the main source of income for The Brothers Chaps, allowing homestarrunner.com to remain ad-free.

Rather than running on Yahoo's Small Business Ecommerence system that the Flash Store and Yahoo Store used to run on, the Shopify store runs on the Shopify store directly on the site rather than having a custom URL.

Shopify replaced the Yahoo Store on March 23, 2015, when most direct links to the Store were replaced to direct to the Shopify store.

Goofs

• The strongbad_email.exe Disc Five DVD description has <br> at the end of every line.
• The description for the Trogdor T-Shirt does not have another quotation mark at the end of the quote.
• The post-it on Strong Bad's Compé on the Strong Bad Email menu and the DVD link on the Teen Girl Squad page on the Homestar Runner website still tries to direct you to the previous store, resulting in an error.
• The About Us Page on the store has not been filled out.
• There is no direct link to the customer service page on the Store besides through the search feature or through the direct URL.
