    • Strong Bad replies to a fan tweet showing a mod for Super Smash Bros. for Wii U that replaces Ike with robot pants Strong Bad from 8-Bit is Enough.
    • Strong Bad claims he "Stinkomain[s]", referring to the character that one primarily uses in Smash.
    • Strong Bad "vote[s] yes one million" to being a character in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.   • Awexome CrossThe Cheat in the tire does a "Spin Dash" between each level after being refuelled by Strong Mad, as Sonic the Hedgehog does.
  • Stinkoman 20X6 — After defeating The Liekand in Level 6, it transforms into a mouse. This may be a reference to the Sonic the Hedgehog series, in which defeated enemies almost always revealed their power sources, which were various animals.
  • Kick-a-Ball — Homestar calls "Sonic! I mean, Tails!" on the coin toss, referencing Sonic the Hedgehog, and his sidekick Miles "Tails" Prower.
