• Email pom pom — Pom Pom's fighting style is similar to Kirby's fighting style in the Super Smash Bros. series, with combo and Smash attacks.
• Weekly Fanstuff — The March 13, 2008 item is a Trogdor-shaped stage created with Brawl's Stage Builder.

• Peasant's Quest — Before shooting Kerrek, the game says, "Here goes nothing, Kid Icarus."

Pikmin

• The Jolly Dumple may be named after the Water Dumple, a Pikmin enemy.
• Weekly Fanstuff — The animation in the November 29, 2007 has Reynold pull out a blue Pikmin.

Metal Gear

• Population: Tire — The page title is "I FEEL ASLEEP!", a quote from the original Metal Gear for the NES.

Sonic the Hedgehog

• Awexome Cross — The Cheat in a tire does a "Spin Dash" in various parts of the game, as Sonic the Hedgehog does.
• Stinkoman 20X6 — After defeating The Liekand in Level 6, it transforms into a mouse. This may be a reference to the Sonic the Hedgehog series for the Sega Genesis, in which defeated enemies almost always revealed their power sources, which were various animals.
• Kick-a-Ball — Homestar calls "Sonic! I mean, Tails!" on the coin toss, referencing Sonic the Hedgehog, and his sidekick Miles "Tails" Prower.
• Poker Night at the Inventory — Strong Bad compares Tycho's hair to "a greasy hedgehog... unassociated with any video game license", referring to the Sonic the Hedgehog series.

Animal Crossing

• Email japanese cartoon (DVD commentary) — When Stinkoman laughs at 1-Up, Matt Chapman mentions the steam clouds that come out of villagers' heads when they are angry.
• Pulse Interview - 1 Aug 2003 — Matt says that Missy Palmer was into Animal Crossing when it was released. It was because of this that The Brothers Chaps decided to make their Videlectrix games simple.
• @StrongBadActual — Strong Bad mentions wanting to beat the crap out of Tom Nook.

Wii Fit

• Nintendo Voice Chat Interview - 3 Sep 2008 — Strong Bad says that he has been playing Wii Fit with the intent of tricking his girlfriends into playing video games.

Xenoblade

Duck Hunt

• 8-Bit is Enough — If Strong Bad misses a ghost in Redcoat Ghost Patrol, The Cheat will pop up from behind a bush and laugh at him, in a manner very reminiscent of the dog from Duck Hunt.

• TROGDOR! — The intermission part with Trogdor chasing the peasants is a resemblance to the arcade game Pac-Man when he chases the ghosts during the intermission.
• Email the facts — The tune that Homestar Runner sings to in the Easter egg is the same tune as the intermission theme from Pac-Man.
• Halloween Safety — In an Easter egg, Crack Stuntman takes the form of Pac-Man while explaining he's the new spokesperson for HalloweenSafety.gov.

Final Fantasy

• Email homestar hair (DVD commentary) — Matt comments that Strong Bad may be playing Final Fantasy, not Temple of Apshai.
• 8-Bit is Enough — Strong Bad's celebration after defeating Ultimate Trogdor is similar to those in the Final Fantasy series.
