The Arctic Playset is a base located in the remote snowy north. Silent Rip and Fightgar are sent there to protect it from Blue Laser and his hoard of Super Snowldiers. It is home to a large concrete building with a satellite dish on its roof. This building seems to transform into a brightly lit casino later in the episode, at Crack Stuntman's request.
