[edit] Farrah Fawcett

I think he is saying "Boadicea" not "Buda Sita" (and failing to pronounce it properly)

  • I think it's "Butter Sugar" nintendorulez 13:55, 11 Mar 2005 (MST)

I hear Bodacita. Like, she's 'bodacious'. Trelawney 05:41, 6 April 2006 (UTC)

"Bodacita" is right by me. Qermaq - (T/C) Image:Qermaqsigpic.png 05:45, 6 April 2006 (UTC)

apparently there is a lot of debate about what he actually says. my question is: why does he call her that? what is it a reference to? perhaps that will help us figure out what the actual spelling is. if anyone ever sees this, state what you think strong bad called her and why you think he called her that. for the record, it says Buda Sita right now

  • Wonder if he could be saying (with an offbeat pronunciation) "valecita", which colloquially means "(female) little friend" in some dialects of Spanish. [edit] Not Gavin?

I don't see a stag beetle. I see a cockroach with poorly-drawn antenna. Are you people SURE it's not Gavin? --Jay 09:39, 11 Dec 2004 (MST)

Gavin's antennae are really little, as small as his legs. The bug in the chipbag has horns as big as its whole body! Like a stag beetle. Anyway it can't be Gavin even if it's not a stag beetle. .beanluc 15:56, 13 Dec 2004 (MST)

Wow, I missed people arguing about whether a poorly drawn bug was Gavin. Geez. My personal view is, since it makes absolutely no sense for a stag beetle to be in a bag of potato chips, it's probably a cockroach which by logical extension probably means it's Gavin. --TheNintenGenius 09:35, 1 Feb 2005 (MST)

Gavin? Never heard of him, where is it? Anyway, this is old, so it might be just drawn differently. nintendorulez 13:55, 11 Mar 2005 (MST)

My personal guess is that TBC hadn't even come up with Gavin when this page was first made. They just drew some kinda bug. If you asked them now, they would probably say 'yea, sure. That could've been Gavin'. My personal feelings are to let it be Gavin. He's just the Homestar Runner universe's bug. The one and only. [[User:Thunderbird L17|⇔Thunderbird⇔]] 15:25, 12 Mar 2005 (MST)

As Thunderbird said, this page was made before Gavin existed. So... maybe he needs a character evolution section. Maybe not. I dunno. - Joshua
Well, it's not a stag beetle. See: Image:OldGavin.PNG - Joshua 01:15, 28 Sep 2005 (UTC)
I think it has been assumed all too quickly that this bug is Gavin, even with no official word or concrete evidence. How can you make a character evolution page if you don't even know it's the same character? —BazookaJoe 03:05, 28 Sep 2005 (UTC)
Yeah, I know. We don't really have any evidence either way. It's just that my suggestions on pages such as this are usually ignored unless I do something "bold." - Joshua 03:07, 28 Sep 2005 (UTC)

No. I do not belive this is gavin, But his friend/brother. - ILikeCinnamonRolls

[edit] Voice change

  • It's really obvious that at some point, some of the dialogue was done over because some of the buttons have the old voice, while "Store" and "Email" are clearly using the new voice. Does anyone know what he originally said for those entries? Rebochan 00:16, 10 Apr 2005 (MDT)
Decli... wait, wrong page I disagree, especially on the E-mail button. The Store button is ambiguous enough, I suppose. --Jay 00:22, 10 Apr 2005 (MDT)

[edit] Huh?

have you ever noticed that you can press loser after stupid before compotion? 24.62.243.222 23:38, 22 Aug 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Uhh... What the crap?

Click on the halftime dealie button for some weird thing. What is it? here's the link Im a bell 23:04, 6 October 2007 (UTC)

That's the Peasant's Quest Movie Trailer. --DorianGray 23:05, 6 October 2007 (UTC)
Hm. I thought so, but why is there three different sizes? Im a bell 23:07, 6 October 2007 (UTC)
From the Trivia section:
When this trailer was first put up at halftime, the size and popularity of the file apparently overloaded TBC's server. Because of this, the original 13.4 MB file was removed mid-Monday morning and was temporarily replaced with a close-up of Rather Dashing and a note saying that he would be back. By late morning, that was replaced with a screen enabling you to choose which file size you wanted to download: "Jhonka" (2.6 MB), "Kerrek" (5.4 MB), or "Trogdor" (10.3 MB).
That's basically the menu screen for each different trailer. --DorianGray 23:10, 6 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Flash File Hunt

I think a group of users (other than me) should hunt for the flash file of the page for quick access.--ONESTOP 15:50, 24 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Peter Frampton?

does anyone else think that the song sounds Distinctively like Peter Frampton's song "Do you feel like we do?" maybe it's because peter frampton was mentioned in 'making out' sbemail number 5? Homsarstrongbad150 23:56, 4 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Strong Bad's Room Main Page?

Shouldn't it be called Strong Bad Main Page?

Yeah, it should! If there's no one who disagrees in the next few days, I'll change it. User:SBE-mail Checker Dan
First: why or why not?
second: Given that this page has been here for almost nine years, there is a VERY unlikely chance that anyone will ever see this. You might want to give it more than just a few days for anyone to disagree. Seriously, i've asked for constructive feedback several times on pages that had been in existence for more than a few months and gotten no response each time. The Knights Who Say Ni 03:41, 9 July 2009 (UTC)
It should be Strong Bad Main Page because it's Strong Bad saying the words. Or should we call the KOT main page "The King of Town's Castle Main Page"? User:SBE-Mail Checker Dan
