Kinda sorta. I'd chalk that one up to it claiming to be a reference to impression (which is doubtful).

But still, I don't see any reason why it couldn't be the case (it's not like uncanny things like that haven't happened before in HSR); just a debate as to whether it is the case. And unless TBC actually up and answer this for us (strongbad_email.exe DVD 5?), I don't think there'll ever be a widely-supported belief that it is the case. I for one think it is the case, considering I definitely heard "boo", but that's just one opinion in a whole lot of others. --Shadow Hog 01:28, 1 December 2005 (UTC)

Homestarmecium

Main Page 13

Quick question: On Main Page 13, it's possible to get Strong Bad to appear twice - mouse over "Email" first to start the "Freakin' duck" animation, and then mouse over "Characters". Atari Strong Bad will be seen both standing and waving his arms, AND running away from the Atari Dragon at the same time. I don't think so, since the viewer is in control of the phenomenon in this case... I dunno what that has to do with it, but it sounds good to me. --DorianGray

This article has too many words on it

I think this article is supposed to document unexplained "real-life" (as far as the characters are concerned) instances, not times where, for style reasons, the same character is seen twice at the same time. With that in mind, there are a lot of things listed on this page that I don't think should count:

• Pumpkin Carve-nival — It wasn't really Homestar; Strong Bad just had a really good costume.
• Malloween Commercial — Special effects for the commercial.
• Halloween Potion-ma-jig — Not really Marzipan, just Homestar (almost) turned into her.
• Seasonal Sweaters — Nothing that is Powered by The Cheat should be in this list.
• rock opera — A style choice for the music video.

Hmm...I see that this was removed due to the clause in the leading paragraph, "This listing excludes purely stylistic uses of multiple characters through artistic license, as seen in music videos and the like." Yeah, I guess that's right. At first, I was thinking that the two Homestars were interacting with each other, but upon a second viewing it looks like they're both singing to "Secret Song" through the camera. The best way I thought of to keep that, web comics ("It's just a comic that Strong Bad made"), and highschool on the list is to create 1 section for Free Country and 1 section for the other universes. Bad Bad Guy 23:38, 9 October 2007 (UTC)

I see an earlier topic denies the highschool scene as a reference (I don't count it either because the twin doesn't just appear out of nowhere like usual) but I think minigolf would be included in a section about subuniverses (each worm clearly has a mouth, implying that there are 2 normal-sized ones as opposed to 1 really long 1). Mini-Golf Worm?

Is this really a case of doubled characters? I thought this was meant to be more of an Ouroborus effect - with the one worm eating it's own tail (and going round and around and around with itself). Of course, in the screwed up world of Sweet Cuppin Cakes, it's never made certain the the worm has only 1 head... StarLion 21:56, 7 December 2007 (UTC)

The fact one end has a mouth to exclaim "get your own" and the other end has a mouth to bite with suggests they are 2 separate worms with separate mouths. Maybe some weird Cuppin Cakes physics merged them after 1 bit the other? Bad Bad Guy 23:54, 8 December 2007 (UTC)
