Homestar Runner and The Poopsmith seem to have a good relationship, though they do sometimes have bad moments.

The King of Town DVD — Homestar asks the Poopsmith if he's seen The King of Town's sheep.
A Jumping Jack Contest — The Poopsmith helps Homestar relieve himself after he drinks too much Melonade.
Email the show — The Poopsmith is a contestant on The Show.
The Poopsmith's Character Video — Homestar narrates the character video, and says the Poopsmith is a good guy, but got a crappy job.
Email labor day — Homestar invites the Poopsmith to his Labor Day party.
3 Times Halloween Funjob — Homestar asks the Poopsmith for some candy, and also compliments his costume.
Tis True, Pom Pom, Tis True — The Poopsmith checks on Homestar after he is knocked out.
Strong Bad is in Jail Cartoon — Homestar and Pom Pom help the King of Town find the Poopsmith.
Halloween Potion-Ma-Jig — Homestar can ask the Poopsmith for ground ground.
Email secret identity — Homestar lets the Poopsmith into the House of the Brothers Strong without Strong Bad's consent.
Ever and More — The Poopsmith joins the Broternal Order of Different Helmets.
Jibblies 2 — Homestar Runner says that the Poopsmith doesn't need good smells.
Email winter pool — The Poopsmith saves Homestar's life (as well as his own and Strong Bad's) by summoning the King of Town to eat all the Fluffy Puff Translucent Dessert Related Substance so they can escape.
Doomy Tales of the Macabre — The Poopsmith dances to Homestar's singing.

Yearbook Character Page — Homestar apparently thinks that the Poopsmith is over 1,000 years old.
Email the show — The Poopsmith leaves The Show, seemingly out of annoyance.
3 Times Halloween Funjob — Homestar scolds the Poopsmith for giving him whatsit instead of candy.
Strong Bad is in Jail Cartoon — Homestar leaves the Poopsmith tied up, and clicks a flashlight on and off in his face, while saying "All right, buster, move it along here! Nothing to see, nothing to see!" and thinking the Poopsmith is Biscuitdoughhandsman.
Email high school — Homestar Runner pushes the sweeping end of a broom at the Diapersmith.
Strong Badia the Free — If Homestar and the Poopsmith meet up in Maps and Minions, Homestar kicks the Poopsmith in the stomach.
I Killed Pom Pom — Homestar is accused of eating the Poopsmith's pile of whatsit. In response, the Poopsmith threatens him with his costume's claw hand.
