OBJECTION!
Rampagin' the courtroom

Litigation Jackson is a series of action movies. The series contains at least two movies, both starring Matt Chapman as Litigation Jackson, dressed in a typical lawyer costume. Both posters show him standing in front of explosions with legal documents.

The first film helped to sponsor the titular pageant in the toon A Decemberween Pageant. The tagline is "This Decemberween... The System Really Works, Jerks!" It was released in theaters on December 27th, 2002, according to the toon's announcer. The film's poster portrays Litigation Jackson running from an explosion with a box labeled "LEGAL DOCUMENTS". According to this poster, the movie is a joint project between the famed Free Country, USA jack-of-all-trades writer/illustrator Lem Sportsinterviews and one of the Delabors of Thorax Corporation. They would later collaborate on the Peasant's Quest movie.

A sequel was revealed in an Easter egg in the Strong Bad Email rampage, entitled "Litigation Jackson 2: Legal Rampage". The poster features Litigation Jackson in front of an explosion occurring in front of the New York Supreme Court. He is holding pages marked "Important Legal Documents", implying higher stakes than the box of plain old "Legal Documents" in the original film. He appears to have gotten a perm between the first and second movies.

The title is a parody of the 1988 film Action Jackson. The name "Litigation Jackson" first appeared in the game Hairstyle Runner, in which one of the hairstyles in the gallery is entitled "Litigation Jackson". The hairstyle features a unibrow and a goatee and sideburns that both resemble the letter J. This name could have been a reference to "Litigation Johnson", a name under the testimonies for Thorax Corporation's "PROGRAM CONGRATULATION(TM)(R)(C)" PRODUKT.

To "litigate" means to contest or engage in legal proceedings, or to take legal action. This use of the word "action" is conflated with the action movie genre. "Litigation Jackson" could be considered a legal action movie, or be titled "Legal Action Jackson".

In Marzipan's Answering Machine Version 17.2, a lawyer claiming to be Litigation Jackson called up Marzipan, saying he was the attorney prosecuting Coach Z and requested that Marzipan testify as a witness against Coach Z. He then recites the tagline of the first film.

On @StrongBadActual, Litigation Jackson has become a running gag for any reason Strong Bad may want to sue another party. On July 22, 2017, Strong Bad threatens to call Litigation Jackson because of his unofficial appearance on Robot Chicken. On October 11, 2017, Strong Bad expresses pleasure that a law firm has a Litigation Jackson poster hanging in its office. On August 11, 2018, Strong Bad would rather not include Homsar's "Taster's Choice" drawing from dragon as a figure in Trogdor!! The Board Game rather than ask Litigation Jackson to license it from Nescafé. On January 19, 2019, Strong Bad said he would call up Litigation Jackson in response to discovering that an unofficial Trogdor shirt was being sold online. On March 8, 2019, Strong Bad claimed that a wine whose label resembled Teen Girl Squad was not quite in Litigation Jackson territory. On June 28, 2019, he suggests that Susan Thensettle may be the name for his rival/love interest.
