"Strong Bad's School of Barbzerdry" is a reference to the "Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry" from the Harry Potter series.

Arguments for:
- The commentary for no loafing shows that TBC are familiar with Harry Potter.
- The invitations for Hogwarts (such as the one Harry receives in Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone are on parchment and prominently feature the name "Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry", similar to "Strong Bad's School of Barbzerdry" on his parchment.
- The phrase "School of Wizardry" is closely associated with Harry Potter. Since TBC are aware of Harry Potter, it is unlikely that their use of the phrase "School of Barbzerdry" is a coincidence.
- Re arg against 2: "School of Barbzerdry is the critical point.
- Well, the sender's name is Harry.
Arguments against:
- This is a reference to wizardry in general. Not every reference to wizardry is automatically a reference to Harry Potter as well, and there's no way to be relatively certain, unless the invitations were very similar.
- The joke is the conflation of words, since he'd just said "barber wizardry." Unless, by itself, that constitutes a Harry Potter reference, then "barbzerdry" is most likely just a derivitave wordplay.
Additional comments:
- Does the invitation look anything like the one given to Harry Potter?
- It's not an invitation, it's a flyer or a poster advertising the School of Barzerdry. The letter from Hogwarts is a formal letter of acceptance that also includes a list of required school supplies (see here). And it does not have a picture of Dumbledore. The only links between the School of Barzerdry advertisement and the Harry Potter series are the name "School of Barzerdry" and the reference to magic.
