Diapers
From Homestar Runner Wiki
Diapers are frequently mentioned and seen in Free Country, USA, despite the relative absence of babies or parents. The abbreviation "diaps" has also been used, with the brand "Diaps!" (a parody of Huggies) making an appearance.
Occasionally, "diaper" is used as an adjective instead of a noun. This is done to describe something as immature, such as "Diaper School" or "a diaper show".
