[edit] Dr. Who trolling binges. Heh, I like that word.

Dude, I think he may be abot, if not a really smart user with a really, really fast loading compy. We're gonna have to input some security changes if this is going to stop. — Seriously (Talk) 23:33, 8 March 2006 (UTC)

Dear Seriously, Please go back and read the last 20 emails I've sent you. Thank-you. —FireBird|Talk 23:36, 8 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Curse

I have a curse. Whenever I come on, Dr. Who just leaves! Like just now! --TheThin 23:46, 8 March 2006 (UTC)

Well, that's some curse you got there, The thing. —FireBird|Talk 23:48, 8 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Crusader

Tell crusader to leave me alone. He is bugging me and calling me a trouble maker. He is on the HRFwiki. For the story go to my user page and click on my dark side page (which most likely will be deleted by me).--H*bad 21:52, 15 March 2006 (UTC)

Sorry, I can't help you if it is at the Fanstuff Wiki. Try asking one of the sysops there, like Joshua. —FireBird|Talk 21:54, 15 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Test

Why did you delete User:Granola/test? With crap, Yeltensic (T C) 02:48, 20 March 2006 (UTC)

Why did you create it? I know it's called "test", but it dosen't look like you're testing much of anything. Only use subpages only when necessary. —FireBird|Talk 03:35, 20 March 2006 (UTC)
I use it for editing experiments, basically, as a sandbox. With crap, Yeltensic (T C) 03:41, 20 March 2006 (UTC)
Okay. I've been looking at your recent edits to HRWiki:Sandbox and I think I see what you're trying to do. —FireBird|Talk 03:47, 20 March 2006 (UTC)
What do you think I'm trying to do? With crap, Yeltensic (T C) 03:48, 20 March 2006 (UTC)
Well, I thought you were posting {{User:Granola/test}} on the Sandbox, which would display the content of the subpage. I have no idea what you're doing now, but it looks like you're copying text from Wikipedia. —FireBird|Talk 03:54, 20 March 2006 (UTC)
Yep, that's what I did. I copied the full text of the miscellaneous reference desk. I have no idea what I was doing before that. With crap, Yeltensic (T C) 03:56, 20 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] unsigned

Hi FireBird,

you just put an unsigned template on a page a minute ago. I am unfamiliar with this template. Is it supposed to say {{{2}}} in the middle? I R F 16:26, 25 March 2006 (UTC)

By the way, I went ahead and removed that guy's whole post, because it looks like he's going around making one-word test edits. At least, I hope they're tests. Anyway, I left him a note on his talk page. — It's dot com 16:29, 25 March 2006 (UTC)
IDC, do you know the answer to the above question? I R F 16:34, 25 March 2006 (UTC)
The {{{2}}} is supposed to be the date, which I left out by mistake. I should have typed {{unsigned|Stringbodhunier|~~~~~}}. —FireBird|Talk 16:36, 25 March 2006 (UTC)
That sounds like something that should be automated. I'll look into that. I R F 03:15, 26 March 2006 (UTC)
It can't be automated because to put "~~~~~" directly into the template would insert the date from right now, not when the template was posted. — It's dot com 03:16, 26 March 2006 (UTC)

I just realized that the date shouldn't be automatic. You're supposed to look it up in the page history so that it matches the anonymous edit. — It's dot com 03:30, 26 March 2006 (UTC)

Sounds like too much work, especially when you have to work so quickly as to avoid a darn edit conflict (which are the bane of my existance). Maybe annony's shouldn't get the beneift of a pretty looking date I R F 03:39, 26 March 2006 (UTC)
Well, I would think this template would often be applied by gnomes who come along days or even weeks after the original conversation. Since they're already looking in the history to find out who said what, attaching the correct timestamp becomes an easy matter. — It's dot com 03:44, 26 March 2006 (UTC)
Thanks all the same...and the fact that you figured it out is all the reward! That why you are Bureaucratic, developerific, and sysopomatic. Time to marinate some steaks for lunch after church tomorrow then off to bed. g'night I R F 03:46, 26 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Skateboard!

Exactly what did Skateboard! do to get blocked? Skateboard! has no edits. Bluebry 03:13, 28 March 2006 (UTC)

Skateboard! was blocked because he is a sockpuppet of Willy on Wheels. —FireBird|Talk 03:16, 28 March 2006 (UTC)
Wait, I just remembered. Isn't it possible to see the IP adress of created users somehow? I can't remember if thst's true... Bluebry 03:18, 28 March 2006 (UTC)
Only users who have been given developer rights have access to IPs. —FireBird|Talk 03:25, 28 March 2006 (UTC)
