Although Bubs says the items in his coat (among which the piñata is visible) are safe, the piñata had broken glass in it.

Arguments for:
- If Bubs really needs to keep a dangerous reputation, then he would have just sold the piñata at his regular concession stand.
Arguments against:
- Explaining the joke.
- Maybe the fact that the piñata wasn't a 'quality item' is why Strong Bad got Bubs' unlicensed merchandise store shut down.
- Exactly. And that's the joke.
- This isn't notable: the ferret ointment (also in his coat) was unsafe as well (it would make The Cheat swell up like a balloon).
Additional comments:
- This Fun Fact needs to be slightly rewritten for accuracy: Strong Bad describes Bubs' unlicensed merchandise as "quality goods". Nevertheless, a "quality" piñata would not contain broken glass.
- I don't understand how this is explaining the joke. Could someone maybe clarify?
