On an episode of Unskippable, a weekly show where Graham Stark and Paul Saunders mock video game cut-scenes, they claim a man draped in a hood sounds like Senor Cardgage. This happens again in another episode, and they also say "I should eat a pony."

Games Repainted
- In Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door Repainted & Rewritten, the background for outside Hooktail's castle is replaced with The Field.
- A few rooms in Undertale Repainted have Strong Bad's face as the floor tiling.
- Remix 3 in Rhythm Heaven Fever Repainted is completely themed around Homestar Runner as a whole. The music is also a remix of Everybody to the Limit.
- Homestar is also featured on the title screen.
- Among the other music that plays during the cast roll, Let's Fhqwhgads Again is one of them.
- In Sonic Adventure DX Repainted, Knuckles' theme is replaced with Fish Eye Lens.
- Homestar and Strong Sad appear as characters in Deltarune Repainted and Strong Bad is a Bad Guy plays when Lancer pulls out the bucket on the Great Board.

In Gamespot's review for Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing, several Series 1 Homestar Runner figurines can be seen on the reviewer's desk.
The Geek Show
On The Geek Show, Strong Bad Emails are frequently shown as an example of "What's funny on the internet." They have played "japanese cartoon", "dullard", "theme party" and "Strong Bad Sings" on their show.
The Joshua Childers Show!
The Joshua Childers Show! is a webshow on YouTube where a teenager parodies different TV show genres. In the first episode, Joshua is seen wearing a Stinkoman shirt.

The Man of 101 Voices
"Brock" released a video on Myspace called "The Man of 101 Voices" where he did impressions of Teen Girl Squad, Bubs, Coach Z, The Cheat, and Larry from Limozeen as numbers 91-95. The video can be seen here.

- robotbastard.com has a clip of Strong Bad saying, "This is Strong Bad, and you're listening to the smooth, soft sounds of Robot Bastard delight FM... with zombies!" Robot Bastard was a short film made by Rob Schrab, creator of Scud: The disposable assassin.
Rocketboom
- On the 3/15/2005 episode, a clip of the March 14th SXSW Panel and Amanda interviewing Homestar are seen.
- On the 12/5/05 episode of the v-log Rocketboom, Amanda Congdon is wearing a Homestar Runner shirt.
- On the 4/12/2006 episode, after Amanda reports about humanclock, she comments that she still likes her Strong Bad Clock better.
Shenmue II : The Gang Edition
In the fan-movie Shenmue II : The Gang Edition, when Ryo arrives at Guilin, he is distracted by a The Cheat Talking Plush Doll, which is the guardian of the village where Shenhua lives.
Later, Ryo kicks the Plush Doll, making it complain.

- In Ask ThatGuy Episode 36, Doug Walker answers the question, How could you type with boxing gloves on?
- In the Nostalgia Critic's review of Ernest Scared Stupid, the Critic remarks that Trantor is not as impressive as Trogdor, followed by a scene of Trantor's revival with an image of Trogdor over it, set to his theme.
- In part two of Pushing Up Roses' Let's Play Shorty of The Amazon Trail, Roses opens with an impression of Marzipan. Paw doesn't get it, but mumbles up an old-school Homestar imitation.

- In Vinny's 55th Tomodachi Life stream, he questioned if Little Mac could sew with boxing gloves on.
- While Joel was messing around in Windows 2000, he makes Microsoft Narrator (using the Microsoft Sam voice) say "soisoisoi" over and over, and Joel starts singing the beat of The System Is Down.
- When Vinny was playing one of the games on a bootleg 191-in-1 Plug-n-Play console, he compares the main character in one of the games to Strong Bad.
- When Vinny was asked to do an impression of Joel, another streamer from the site, he was noted that it sounded similar to Strong Bad, and he proceeded to do a brief deliberate impression of him.
- In Joel's Bizzare Pokeventure, a swimming NPC in a house in the Pepperoni Secret area can be interacted with, and recites the email from virus upon doing so.
- In the same stream, in a cave is a flask that is blocking a path, which can be interacted with, but can't be picked up, saying that "You cannot get ye flask."
- When Vinny was playing a bootleg Plug-n-Play game, he says “I see you, Chat.” and then sings a bit of Everybody to the Limit while doing a Strong Bad impression.
- During Joel's stream of the Kirby: Star Allies demo, at the beach part of the Cave & Castle stage, he states "Guys, we need good graphics", and brings up the picture of the Videlectrix devs arguing about good graphics.
- On Joel's stream of Action 52 on the Genesis, the chat, after Joel mildly questions why Newgrounds still exists, mentions how Flash Player will be discontinued in 2020. About a minute later, one person from the chat asks "What about Homestar Runner?" Joel, with a expressively shocked gasp, replies "I didn't think of that."

- While YouTube was down for maintenance on August 17, 2006, pictures of the youtube offices were posted on the youtube homepage. Two of them showed a Kick The Cheat doll. photo 1, photo 2.
- Internet People, part of a series called "The Meth Minute 39", is viewable on YouTube and mentions Homestar Runner. See also: Animation Sightings#Channel Frederator
- The title-cel to user SPUDS-TUBE's cover of Devo's song, Time Out For Fun, features drawings of Homestar and Strong Bad. The caption next to Homestar's head reads "sewwiously" and the one next to Strong Bad reads "a-jigga-muh-WHA...?!". Also, the video description contains "Total co-incidence! Not intentional!"
- A video on a Wii Shop Channel hack includes The System is Down as background music.
- FALCOR - the URiNATOR, a parody of Trogdor, was featured on July 16, 2007, shortly after it was released on the 12th. It quickly got over 25 video responses, and has 1,307,406 views as of October 15, and now has 60 video responses. It has gotten over 19,000 clicks from links on webpages. It also held the #12 slot on "Most Discussed (All Time) - Pets & Animals." It has recently gotten a ringtone version. The email is mentioned as his inspiration of the description.
- Mario Paint renditions, a compilation of Mario Paint segments, shows one of them being Homestar Runner slowly running, with an attempt at the Intro song done in Mario Paint as background music to the animation, and the theme to Stinkoman 20X6.
- Sherifam's videos make reference to Homestar Runner.
- The first one is the Tait-imation theatre videos. The first one ever created featured Tait beating Homestar senseless with nunchucks, a reference to Fall Float Parade. At the end of this cartoon, Homestar says as he goes flying into a probable Hammerspace, "And that's how I became a law!", a reference to 4 branches.
- Tait-imation being Kobatsu Emails, a parody of Strong Bad Emails, in which Kobatsu, a chibi animated version of Tait with no arms on, checks his email. In result of it being bad, it gets DELETED.
- Second video series is the Cal Email Show (or C-mails, a reference to "sbemails"), of which Cal, the main operator of the channel, answers emails. In the 2nd and most recent, "Prank mail", he gets asked a familiar question that results in a familiar answer.
- The channel message states that viewing one of sherifam's videos will "quite literally leave your computer in smoldering crater", with a disclaimer adding that they "will not quite literally leave your computer in smoldering crater", referencing SBCG4AP Advertisement.
- There are also three videos on YouTube, entitled "The Man with 100 Voices", "The Man of 100 Voices" and "The Man of 101 More Voices" respectively. All three feature Homestar Runner impersonations.

- There are various user accounts active on YouTube with Homestar Runner references in their account names, such as Burnin8r55555.
- User HomeStarRunnerTron's videos include many references to the Homestar Runner body of work. Notable references include this video, which includes him doing some of the voices he used for the Pokémon Abridged Series, with his test sentence being "The fish was delish and it made quite a dish". One of his Pokémon Abridged Series episodes, taken down due to a Terms of Use Violation, there is a scene in which the characters wear Dangeresque glasses, and one wears a Homestar Runner shirt.
- In sonicthehedgehog2222's video adam h. 2 preview, Adam wears a black Trogdor shirt, and a Trogdor poster can be seen in his room.
- This Magfest video briefly shows Strong Bad in his Carmen Sandiego Halloween costume.
- In Episode 3 of "Naruto the abridged series", Sasuke throws Shurikens at a log, and the sound effect played is "LOGG'D!", a reference to Teen Girl Squad.
- Every Class Is Different, a review of the classes of Team Fortress 2, directly spoofs Everyone is Different.
- The toons Donut Unto Others and Best Caper Ever were both remade on Roblox and posted onto YouTube.
- In TurboJUK's video, he made a music video of Michael Jackson's Thriller with audio from the beginning of mile and another toon.
- masterofhomestar, referred to as Electricstar, made a series of random Homestar Runner videos. His most notable video is Strong Bad roll, which uses various clips of Strong Bad, cut to make it look like he's singing "Never Gonna Give You Up" by Rick Astley, known as the music used for "Rickrolling".
- PoisonRainVornado, referred to as "Vornado", is the creator of the series Internet Memes: Homestar Style!, in which he takes certain scenes from Homestar games and cartoons and sets them to audio from popular web phenomena. He has also created the mash-up Strong Bad Sings "Chocolate Rain".
- LuigiMario2009's "The Super Luigi Show" has many Homestar Runner references. In the episode "Back To School", Patamon watches being mean, and replies to Luigi saying: "I'm watching Strong Bad Email!". Also in "Dinoween", once Luigi encounters Reptar, he gets the jibblies, and multiple characters quote Jibblies 2.
- Also in "Bad's Look Day", Patamon mention that "stickanee flowers only exist in the Homestar Runner World".
- In "My Last 101 Things", Patamon makes impressions of Strong Bad, Homestar, Coach Z and Bubs.
- A YouTube user named SonikDude101 says jorb in this video.
- He has also made video walkthroughs of all Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People episodes.
- In YouTube user Ray William Johnson's January 3, 2010 video, he uses the word "a splode" when playing a video of a man getting blown off of his couch.
- YouTube user BinkySuperStar recreated Dangeresque 1 on Roblox, starring himself as Renaldo, Dangeresque Too, and Perducci, while user theultimatedonut starred as Dangeresque, Killingyouguy, and Cutesy Buttons.
- A video of Beaker from The Muppets trying to perform "Dust In The Wind" includes parodies of negative YouTube comments and misspellings. When Beaker knocks over a candle and starts a fire, one of the comments is "BURNINATION!"
- A video of the 100 ways to die in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion shows "Highwayman'd" and "Black Horse Courier'd" as deaths.
- Caught Chatting Episode 4 has Phil, when giving out points at the end, award "Homestar Runner" as a number of points.
- One video has Salad Fingers and Homestar Runner meet.
- xParodyTVx has a video entitled "Ipod Akwardness" in which one of the characters is wearing the Homsar shirt.
- A YouTube user named SpinyMcSpleen3264 has created two music-related videos based on Homestar Runner. The first is called Golf Club Team? (based on the CGNU Fight Song) and features a short musical piece done using the Easter Egg from mascot. The second is a simple version of the Teen Girl Squad background theme done in the DSiWare app, Rhythm Core Alpha. The latter uses the typeface, AhnbergHand, and features Cheerleader being "WiNDOWS MOViE MAKER'D!".
- In CGP Grey's video "How Many Countries Are There?", Transnistria, Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, Abkhazia, and South Ossetia all recognize each other as countries and form "Teen Country Squad!".
- In the PBS show It's Ok To Be Smart episode "Is There Intelligent Life Beyond Earth?", the host Joe Hanson note that when the Sun becomes a red giant, all of Earth will be engulfed in BURNINATION.
- In KevinLsAccount's Chip Off The Ol' Bro, a character constantly makes Geddup Noises.
- This user has also made an animated music video of It's like it was meant to be, basing it on The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack.
- In Brutalmoose's Stuffed Steak Roll Video, he mentions Coach Z when talking about seeing "chopped" as "chorped"
- In episode 38 of LGR Thrifts, one of the viewer finds is a Kick The Cheat.
- SiivaGunner has made "high quality rips" from Population: Tire and Stinkoman 20X6. The theme from Population: Tire has been remixed with the Flintstones theme and "Snow Halation", two running gags on the channel, while the level 1 theme from Stinkoman 20X6 has been mixed with "I Ran" by A Flock of Seagulls.
- In GTA 5 Has Multiplayer, a man talking like Strong Bad with a similar mask can be seen.
- In the Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door of The Completionist, Jirard names his Yoshi Trogdor.
- In ToucanLDM's King K. Rool for Smash (Unexpected), the amateurish music played when Original Bubs left Free Country, USA in original is used as Isaac, Shadow, Skull Kid, Shovel Knight and Waluigi walk past K. Rool.
- Poker Night at the Inventory is also seen as one of the couple sceneries Wolf flies past by.
- In his finale episode to his Yoshi's Woolly World Let's Play, Chuggaaconroy attempts to imitate Kamek and comments that his imitation sounds like Teen Girl Squad.
- On January 26, 2019, Looper uploaded the video The Untold Truth Of Homestar Runner.
- On July 13, 2019, the user SpaceHamster reviewed Luigi fan games. In one of the games, Strong Bad appears at random.
- Thew Adams, a Transformers toy reviewer has referenced Homestar Runner several times.
- In his review of Combiner Wars Cyclonus/Galvatronus, he says "but don't let that from stopping you from organising your own", a line previously said in the email mile.
- Strong Sad makes a brief cameo in a review of The Last Knight Nitro Zeus when Thew calls Nitro's feet 'Turbo Soolnds'.
- Peacey P is mentioned in the Power of the Primes Punch/Counterpunch review. Thew even says "y'all biscuitheads".
- In the review of Combiner Wars Devastator, Thew says that Bonecrusher looks more like "some variety of Neville", a reference to the email theme song.
- In episode 24 of his Super Mario Galaxy 2 Let's Play, ChuggaaConroy comments that he suddenly sounds like Strong Bad and is advertising Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People.[1]
