Cartoon'd
+
:{Pan over to show Andrew is also at the table, but he's wearing a red hooded cloak.}
-
The name itself is a reference to Teen Girl Squad, especially its tendency to add a "-'d" to the end of words, and in the second episode the cartoon is affected by a virus. There's a reference to Homestar Runner in which one of the main characters is stuck on a page from StrongBadZone with the caption "Your head a splode" then he is knocked over. Also, another main character is stuck on a  desktop where we can see a Homestar icon. In addition, the entire cartoon is based on the HRWiki forums.
+
-
Lastly, when they are fighting, one of the characters uses an attack called "Foot in Mouth Disease", which may be a reference to Bug in Mouth Disease.  However, this phrase (in and of itself a pun on Foot and Mouth Disease) has been in use for many years, having been used to describe poor verbal choices by Bill Clinton, George Bush and a host of others.  Thus the relationship to Homestar Runner is questionable.
