Stinkoman and 1-Up usually get along rather well. However, sometimes Stinkoman makes fun of 1-up, but 1-up doesn't mind so much.

Twenty THANXty six — Stinkoman calls 1-up "talking-to-me-extraordinare" after 1-up points out that "giving thanks" doesn't invole farm equipment.

- Stinkoman 20X6- In level 4, Stinkoman protects 1-Up with his giant fist power-up, gained from defeating Stlunko. However, this is just to protect his power crunch from being damaged in the Lava Zone. Stinkoman also sets out to rescue 1-up and Pan-Pan from the Shadowy Figure.
