The King of Town Main Page is a comically simplified alternate Main Page, starring the King of Town instead of Homestar Runner. There are only four buttons, each bearing a singular label ("toon", "game", etc.), unlike the typical plural labels.

- After April Fools', the page can now be accessed through an Easter egg in The King of Town DVD. Clicking on the mustache on the coat of arms will make the shield swing back; clicking a now-uncovered brick will play the King of Town intro that leads to this page.

- The original Download button linked to a King of Town logo image captioned with "Tile it on your desktop."
- "kingoftown.com", the fake URL in the original page title, was not registered by The Brothers Chaps. Soon after this toon's release, a fan-made kingoftown.com was created, consisting of a simple landing page that directed visitors toward www.homestarrunner.com. In 2004, the page was changed to mirror the fan's personal website; the domain expired sometime between 2005 and 2008 and is not currently active.
