"WE'RE FROM THE BAND LIMOZEEN!"

Various bands throughout the Homestar Runner body of work were introduced in the Strong Bad Email band names, when an emailer named Dan asked Strong Bad for band name suggestions, besides his own ideas "invisible robot fish" and "for good or for awesome".

He first suggests using "a really cool last name" and cites Van Halen, Dokken and "Z'nuff" (a shortened version of Enuff Z'nuff). He goes on to suggest taking "a really cool word but then spell[ing] it all wrong". He offers four suggestions: "Lazor", "Bigg Nife" (an indirect reference to i love you), "Limozeen" and "Taranchula". The latter two would later become in-universe bands (see below).

Two albums by the band have been mentioned: Shady Missionaries and Poison the Dragons. Limozeen

—or maybe like "LIMOZEEN".
See main article: Limozeen

Limozeen was the last proposed band name, who later went on to appear many times as a band in the Homestar Runner universe. Their members are named in a similar fashion to bands such as the Ramones: Larry, Gary, Perry and Mary Palaroncini, with guests Harry and Terry Palaroncini.

The band's discography includes the songs Because, It's Midnite and Nite Mamas (which have appeared on Strong Bad Sings and Other Type Hits), Box, Feed The Childrens, Brain Sister (which was played again in Limozeen Live! (practice)), Colorin' (Outside The Lines) and Pressed Bunson, We Don't Really Even Care About You (a cover of Sloshy's original), Women and Men and But They're At Brunch!.

The band, at one point, had a Saturday morning cartoon based on them entitled Limozeen: But They're In Space!. Produced by Metalmation, its premise was the band giving backstage passes to Groupulon 5 and making sure metal music stayed #1 throughout the galaxy. The show was cancelled during its pilot episode, which is said to have aired once. Strong Bad was able to capture it on VHS, as shown in best thing. Since then, various segments based on the show have appeared, mostly in Easter egg form.
