Hello,

You may have noticed that I've deleted several of the images that you had here on you Talk page. The Wiki's upload function is intended for images used in articles, not on user pages. This limitation is unfortunately necessary because we have significant bandwidth costs that we must pay for each month.

Furthermore, your userpage (over here) is intended as a space for you to tell us a little bit about yourself and your contributions to the Wiki. TheNintenGenius' page is a good example. It is not for hosting your own personal content, such as your "parody" above. If you want a place where you can have a little more creative freedom, I recommend the Fanstuff Wiki, but such things do not belong here. Then you're going about this the wrong way. First of all, a "rules committee" isn't necessary. We have the admins and we have each other. Joining a committee just to point out the little things people are doing wrong is just going to make a lot of people mad.

On the other hand, if you want to remind people of the image policy, that's fine, but your tone needs some work. Think about how you felt when I mentioned your subpages. You didn't like it, right? That's how others feel when you bring up their images, so you have to do it super-polite-like:

Hey KB. I should remind you that HRWiki policy is to allow no more than one picture to be uploaded at a time for personal use (refer to HRWiki:User space). If I could kindly ask you to choose between Image:stinkoman-trio-1-.jpg and Image:stinkoman130-1-.gif, that would be great. I'll mark the one you don't want with {{tobedeleted}}. You have to do it this way because you are their peer. It's kinda like the other students in school with you. If you got in trouble for something, you wouldn't want others to get away with it, but you can't be accusatory without coming across as a jerk. Likewise, you can't tell the teacher without coming across as a tattle-tale.
