I know you've been monitoring my talk page, so you've read all of this, but I wanted you to have your own record of the discussion, especially the P.S. Hence, I am copying it here:

Pertmywert, to answer the question you asked earlier, I think you're a fine user. You've made several good contributions recently, including some necessary reverts. Also, in all seriousness, I appreciate your willingness to welcome new users. I think your ♥ is in the right place there. (Side note: there's a link in your welcome template that says "me" but actually points to JoeyDay. Perhaps change "me" to "JoeyDay".)

Remember that not everybody stays at their computer every minute of every day, so sometimes patience is required when waiting for a response. And it's an unfortunate fact that many of the users go unnoticed who do a lot of little but important things. It's like an umpire in baseball, who nobody pays any attention to when everything is going fine, but people rant and shout when a call is blown.

A couple of pointers: whenever you're describing your edits, try to avoid emotionally charged words like "useless", etc. It's sufficient just to say "reverted such-and-such to version by so-and-so". Even better, try to find the good parts of an edit see if you can reword them so they fit into the article. (See this edit for an example.)

To sum up, keep up the good work learning, gaining experience, and making quality contributions.

i had this turtle club. Then my sister started called me turt. I loved it. Then we made a new

one, PERT. Then we changed it to Pertle then Pert-turt until one day when i was 9 i thought of the

Maybe someday. We'll see. They don't add new ones very often. But (and JoeyDay will be the first to tell you this) you don't have to be an admin to be an important contributor, or give good advice, or perform necessary maintenance. On the one hand, good job catching the Wily on Wheels troll. On the other, fixing his moves would have been easier if you'd just hit "undo" on the Recent Changes page instead of re-making the pages and deleting the old ones (the Histories would have been preserved.) It's true. Most (but not all) of your subpages are gone, but I was able to get their contents copied onto your userpage before they were deleted, so you shouldn't have actually lost anything. It occured to me that you ought to take the link to JoeyDay out of your welcome template for the simple reason that he's so busy these days, he has only had a chance to make one edit in the last month (other than updating the ledger).
