As his name implies, Strong Mad is usually quite aggressive. Nonetheless, he has occasionally smiled.

- TV Time Toons Menu: Hugging The Cheat on the fourth cover of TV Time.
- Strong Mad's Character Video: Tells the viewers he likes The Cheat.
- A Mother's Day Message: Along with Homestar Runner, The Cheat and Pom Pom, ridicules Strong Bad's silly costume.
- A Jorb Well Done: Along with Strong Bad and The Cheat, ridicules Coach Z for not being able to say the word "job".
- Tis True, Pom Pom, Tis True: Smiles before running to fetch a keg of Melonade to drop on Strong Bad, and also while slamming down on him (though his eyes are slanted angrily, making him look sly).
- The Best Decemberween Ever: He smiles while watching The Cheat open his Decemberween present, which blows up in his face.
- Email helium: Listens to Strong Bad sing a song in a high voice.
