- Original Book- The Grape Fairie is riding on The Fat Bee. (This appearance is revisited in the email kids' book.)
- Old Flash Stuff - The sign is held up by two bees.
- Email the process - The Cheat puts a beehive on Bubs's foot.
- Pumpkin Carve-nival - The Goblin's costume is "Strong Bad dressed as The Bee".
- The song Sensitive To Bees explores Marzipan's affection for bees.
- On Main Page 20, moving the cursor over Games causes The Fat Bee to fly by.
- Email record book - One line of the "I'm Just Me" song is "I'm just a silly little bumble bee."
