So he cheers. Unlike The King of Town booing, however, it's not exactly unusual that he does so. Which means that to me, this page is a spoon and should be deleted. RickTommy (edits) 02:02, 15 April 2012 (UTC)

On first thought, I didn't think so, but then I looked and realized that strong sad's personality is not known for beeing cheerful (though I'm not sure the instance where everyone cheers counts.) In fact, I think that he's less likely to be cheerful than the king is to boo. I'm not necessarily in support of this page, but I think it should be given time to develop before making a hasty decision. And that spoons essay is a single user's outdated opinion of what should be iuncluded on the wiki, and not in any way policy. (It even has a disclaimer to that effect right at the top of the page.) Plus, it doesn't mean anything when you say "this article is a spoon". If you believe an article is just a list of occurences of an every day item then say "this article is just a list of occurences of an every day item". — Defender1031*Talk 04:21, 15 April 2012 (UTC)

My biggest disagreement with the page is that one instance is an instance of the entire cast cheering. If there was a third instance that wasn't a crowd cheer, it would be more pageworthy IMHO. However, even then, it still doesn't strike me as notable or running-gag-like as the KoT booing. Provided you can find a better third instance than Funjob, I would find myself solidly neutral. --Jay (Gobble) 11:10, 15 April 2012 (UTC)

Sorry for bringing back up a years-old discussion, but I just wanted to give my opinion here. I pretty much agree with Jay... I think this might have turned into a running gag if there were more than two legitimate examples, but there aren't— 3 Times Halloween Funjob totally doesn't count. So I would say delete. It's so insignificant and so indefinite in its content, but I feel it would better fit as a redirect to Strong Sad Smiling since their content is so similar. So I say redirect to Strong Sad Smiling. - Catjaz63 23:55, 17 May 2016 (UTC)

That's an interesting idea... problem is, looking over the Strong Sad Smiling page, I see no entries that match entries on this page. Similar ideas, but different content. Definitely keep it in mind, but as of now, my vote is still to delete. Ah, article, you came this close to being an actual running gag. Sniff. Lira (talk) 20:30, 30 May 2016 (UTC)
