What's in a name?

where did you get mycroft from? heinlein's (sp?) moon is a harsh mistress? user:csours

STUFF arguments
The STUFF page says, "Do not delete valid arguments (but see notes below); only add them. (You do not have to agree with an argument for it to be considered valid.)" The argument about Mellow Mushroom is perfectly valid. I don't agree with it, but it is still a valid argument. Please stop deleting it, or I will report you to the admins. Heimstern Läufer

No, it's not. The MM fact is a stretch at BEST and should have been deleted outright when it was added on October 11. -- Mycroft Holmes 20:00, 5 December 2005 (UTC)
- When on a STUFF page, if a user makes a bad argument, it's still his argument to make. I agree that you shouldn't be deleting other people's arguments, but rather explaining in your own argument why you disagree with it. —

- Funny, come to think of it I rarely do either. Can't speak for Mycroft, but in my case I find most STUFFED facts to be lacking in some way, usually speculation or TTATOT. I must be more conservative than other users, I suppose. - Qermaq - (T/C)
