The Homestar Runner 20th Anniversary Show is an upcoming event at Venkman's, a dining venue in Atlanta. The first show is on Friday, September 2nd at 10:00 PM EDT. The second show is on Friday, October 7th at 10:00 PM EDT. It was first announced on @StrongBadActual on July 21st and later mentioned on homestarrunner.com in a main page message. Due to the large demand of tickets for the original date, the tickets were sold out, and another show was announced at the later date of October 7th with the same content and showings. The second show was announced on @StrongBadActual on August 22nd.
It is a live show celebrating the twentieth anniversary of the Original Book from 1996 and the introduction of the Homestar Runner body of work. The first show will supposedly feature The Brothers Chaps performing live music by Limozeen, Strong Bad, Homestar Runner, Taranchula, Coach Z, sloshy, and Marzipan, such as TROGDOR, THE Cheat is NOT DEAD, Everybody to the Limit, and Fish Eye Lens, all being backed by Yacht Rock Revue. Some of the music performances will include video content, and old toons will be shown. There will also be puppets. Tickets were priced at $12-$18 USD.
