Kick The Cheat (game)
From Homestar Runner Wiki
Kick The Cheat is a "game" that was accessible from the Flash Store. You hit the Kick button and a giant Strong Bad foot kicks The Cheat as he falls from a robotic arm. If you hit him successfully, he slams against a brick wall and falls to the ground. It is also possible to hit him so that he merely flies up into the air, but does not hit the wall for which you will earn no points. The score is calculated once The Cheat hits the wall, therefore if you press reset before he hits the wall the point will not be added. It uses Flash LSOs (similar to cookies) to save your score between sessions of the game (i.e., if you stop playing and come back later, your score is remembered).

Fun Facts
Explanations
- This game came out as an advertisement for the Talking Kick The Cheat doll.
Trivia
- The game was originally going to be how far you could kick The Cheat. Using a Flash seek bar, you can view him flying through the air with a distance meter at the top of the screen.
- The Cheat will always land in the same position (with the top of his head pointing toward the viewer).
- If you hold the KICK! button while The Cheat is dropping, the leg will raise backward, building up power.
- If you use the Tab and Enter keys instead of the mouse, the game's behavior changes. The Cheat goes straight back up some, then falls falls even faster to the ground, never hitting the wall.
Goofs
- The Cheat begins to scream a split second before the Strong Bad foot hits him.
Inside References
- The doll and this game are references to Strong Bad's long-standing habit of kicking The Cheat.
