I see no one's officially welcomed you yet, so, welcome! In response to what you wrote on your user page, I have a few things to say. Usually when somebody deletes a comment you put on the page, they will put a reason. People who don't put a reason or put a rude reason are usually new users or just simply forgot to put a reason. Usually, when an experienced user forgets to put a reason, they immediately or shortly afterwards post a comment on that page's talk page. Check there if someone doesn't put a reason. If they don't, you can politely post a comment of your own on the talk page or on the user's talk page asking why your fact/comment got deleted. If someone posts a rude reason, somebody else might tell you why it got removed in a more polite manor on the talk page or on your talk page (which is this page right here). If they don't, post a comment on the talk page of the article. And finally, it is considered vandalism to edit other people's user pages unless it's something like fixing a typo or the MediaWiki coding. Hope you have a fun time editing! --{{User:Super Martyo Brother/sig}} 22:57, 27 August 2007 (UTC)

Hey, LAI. Weclome to the wiki. I read your user page and had a look at your edits. I don't think it's as bad as you think. Of your three edits, one is still up (and will definitely stay), one was reverted, but I can't see any rudeness or vindictiveness in that [http://www.hrwiki.org/index.php?title=hygiene&diff=next&oldid=493331 edit summary]. And one was an edit that I believe touched a strongly debated topic (but I was too lazy to see how and if it was actually reverted). So yeah, don't get discouraged if some of your edits get reverted. We're actually quite a nice bunch of people. And please keep being bold and make those edits that you think are right. Also, nobody will edit your user page, we have a strict policy about that somewhere. Keep on tranglin'!{{User:Loafing/sig}} 23:06, 27 August 2007 (UTC)
