The "XL ProTime VHS/VCR Player" is the brand of Videocassette recorder that appears in various toons and was first seen in Strong Bad Email 12:00. The mechanical issues such as tracking problems, visible vertical rainbow, and the ubiquitous blinking 12:00 are a running joke. It is usually seen on top of the Telebision.
