The medallion has adjusted colors and now features a metallic shine, it also casts a shadow on his body. He is now drawn with thicker and brighter outlines, as well as shading across his entire body.

The medallion has been subtly redesigned and recolored, overall slightly darker without inner shading; it leaves a lighter shadow on his body than before, blending in with the body's other shading. His cap is less slanted, and the brim is smaller. His head is smaller, and his outlines no longer have gaps at his arms.

 

Between 2003 and 2007, this design was used interchangeably with the previous one.
