Booby traps are used on occasion, usually by Strong Bad, to prevent people from messing with things and to harm them while doing so.

- Blue Laserdisc Challenge — The object of the game is to help the Blue Laser Commander escape the Cheat Commandos while avoiding his own booby-traps.
