The same person?

The Shadowy Figure is most likely the chief evildoer of Stinkoman 20X6. In the game, he kidnaps Pan Pan and later 1-Up. His connection with the rest of the game's enemies is unknown. By looking at the shape of his head, one might speculate he is the 20X6 version of Coach Z.

-He may be a reference to the evil boss Ashtar from the Nintendo game Ninja Gaiden II, who appears in a silhouette from behind in the [http://www.gamespot.com/nes/action/ninjagaiden2thedarksoc/media.html cutscene] at the beginning of the game, laughs maniacally, and is surrounded by lightning.
-He seems to have a small creature next to him in the above screenshot which bears a striking resemblance to [[The Cheat]]. If it is in fact The Cheat, then it may be a reference to [[Bubs]] playing the nameless villain from [[stunt double|Dangeresque 2]] who had The Cheat on his lap.
