[edit] Tips for reverting vandalism
Hey The-homsarrunner. Good effort fighting that last vandal we had. I want to point out that there is a way to make your reverts more effective. The vandal made 4 edits in a row before you were able to begin undoing his edits. Using the undo button only takes care of one edit at a time. In the future, you can go to the page's history and find the last good version of the article. In this case, it's the one at 05:24, 2 February 2008 by DorianGray. If you click on the timestamp's link, you'll end up here. All you need to do is click the edit tab up at the top, put "rvv" into the edit summary, and save. That will take care of all the vandal edits at once.
Another way to do it is to jump down the diffs until you come to the last good edit. Let's say you click on the diff link in recent changes, and you end up here. Click on the "Previous diff" link until you see the edit by DorianGray. Then hit the edit button that is right above his name on the "Revision as of ..." line. Put "rvv" in the edit summary and save, and there you are.
