[edit] Naming convention
This article should be moved to "Fangs in Teen Girl Squad" or somesuch. Phrases in parentheses are usually reserved for disambiguation, but there is no "Fangs" article. — It's dot com 04:12, 8 April 2007 (UTC)
- Hmm... I see now that its name might be to match Birds (Teen Girl Squad) versus Birds. I still think we should talk about it. — It's dot com 04:15, 8 April 2007 (UTC)
- I agree with you that we have to change the title. I just wish I could think of a title less cumbersome than "Fangs in Teen Girl Squad". — Has Matt? (talk) 04:23, 8 April 2007 (UTC)
- I agree with moving this page to Fangs in Teen Girl Squad (unless there's a better title; I couldn't think of one). I don't think the title should be changed to match Birds (Teen Girl Squad); in fact, that one should probably be moved to Birds in Teen Girl Squad, since if there weren't a Birds article, it would still need TGS in the title to define what the page is about. In neither case is the parenthetical phrase being used as a disambiguation; it's being used to define the topic of the page. Trey56 04:34, 8 April 2007 (UTC)
- EDC I actually don't think Fangs in Teen Girl Squad is all that cumbersome. If need be plain old Fangs can just redirect to it. Unlike Fangs, Birds is in fact a disambiguation page, but those here have been rare, and I opt for titles that lack parenthesis (like Birds in Teen Girl Squad. I'll post that there too. So yeah I prefer the move. --Stux 04:35, 8 April 2007 (UTC)

Okay, well, since this is a TGS-related article, the Lappy thing on SBEmail disc 5 is thrown out automatically. --Addict 2006 22:43, 7 July 2007 (UTC)
- I just noticed this old conversation. No one disagreed with moving it, so why was it never moved? I'd go with just "Fangs" since the page is completely unused (except as a redirect to here), but at least get rid of those parentheses! --Jay (Gobble) 14:52, 12 May 2008 (UTC)
[edit] TGS?
I'm just wondering...should we keep this strictly a TGS/fangs article? Why not use all of the examples of Fangs in the H*R body of work. For instance, The Cheat's No Loafing Sign in redesign, the one Jay mentioned above on the sb_email DVD, and a few more. We have Birds in Teen Girl Squad, but that's because they actually have a Birds article. Fangs also seem probable as a recurring theme (or running gag), as do birds. But if we mention the others, just for the record, I don't think we need a page just for TGS fangs. DevonM(talkยทcont-ribs) 11:27, 13 May 2008 (UTC)
- Moved, but now there's the question of why we're limiting this to TGS. by birds, there is a separate page for regular appearances, as the birds in tgs are used differently, aka they always die. Here, it's not so different that i can see having a separate page, but perhaps an "other fangs" section? — Defender1031*Talk 11:28, 13 May 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Fangs in Other Places
I understand the reason why you took down my edit, but fangs have appeared in other places on the site, like the fangs for No Loafing in the email redesign. Where should we put references like that? Sbmaniac 22:47, 11 January 2009 (UTC)
- I wouldn't be opposed to an "other fangs" subsection. — Defender1031*Talk 23:40, 11 January 2009 (UTC)
[edit] Commentary
Should there be a mention on the page of the TGS8 commentary?
MIKE: So... these days, one of the Teen Girl Squad's members almost always has fangs, at some point in the cartoon.
MATT: Tha— that's always Mike. Mike loves to add the fangs. You know that Mike drew those frames if they have fangs.
MIKE: {sotto voce} I drew that.
