Talk:Casio Head Strong Bad

From Homestar Runner Wiki

Jump to: navigation, search
The VL-Tone has a distinctive sound: much of the signature music on the
site (such as that from [[Old Intro]]) was made with this classic keyboard.
Actually, hardly any was. The signature music, such as Old Intro, the
Halloween theme songs, and the Reddest Radish music was made with the
Casio SK-1. The VL-Tone was only used for the Sweet Cuppin' Cakes toons.

This is crap. The article is arguing with itself. Shake your head people! I leave this here as a monument to bad edits. -Drhaggis 23:12, 21 Nov 2004 (MST)

Is this really an instrument? 's just a person who speaks the demo. --Dinoshaur 18:01, 14 Jun 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Uh......... guys?

It's a cartoon keyboard. In a cartoon about utter weirdness. Why make an ocean out of a glass of water?

  • Or a mountain out of a molehill, or a Jelly Fillin' Donut out of a Sweet Cuppin' Cake.20X6 GEM

I actually once owned a keyboard that played the exact same demo music. The cartoon brought back so many memories.

That's uhhh...That's really creepy, man.Creepier than that movie The Thing or RESIDENT EVIL...That scares me...I'm gonna have nightmares.--Gir007 21:08, 15 February 2006 (UTC)

I have a keyboard like the SK-1: the SA-8. The demos on it are Jingle Bells and Beethoven's 9th, but for some strange reason, you can access hidden demos by mashing on the drum buttons and the keys. Some of the hidden demos are a Waltz by Chopin, Happy Birthday to You, and a very elaborate version of Twinkle Twinkle little star. Just so you know.-LordQuackingstick 16:46, 19 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Decemberween SCC

In Decemberween Sweet Cuppin Cakes, the music he plays was from an old toy keyboard I had. It was EXACTLY THE SAME. It was a Kawasaki toy keyboard for little children. Also, it is outdated.--ONESTOP 17:05, 22 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Keyboard Head Strong Bad

Should we consider moving this to "Keyboard Head Strong Bad" since not all of Strong Bad is a keyboard? MichaelXX2 mail_icon.gif link_icon.gif 20:32, 9 March 2009 (UTC)

That does make sense (assuming there's no canonical name listed somewhere to the contrary). — It's dot com 21:13, 9 March 2009 (UTC)
Does anyone object? MichaelXX2 mail_icon.gif link_icon.gif 21:04, 14 March 2009 (UTC)
I don't. BBG 21:09, 14 March 2009 (UTC)
I just searched all his appearances, no mention of his "name". I say go for it, but would like to point out that his filmography category and all related links need to be fixed as well. — Defender1031*Talk 04:44, 17 March 2009 (UTC)
Maybe The Cheatbot can help us out on that one. MichaelXX2 mail_icon.gif link_icon.gif 13:38, 13 April 2009 (UTC)
Old conversation, I know, but the DVD commentary for alternate universe calls him "Casio Head Strong Bad." I couldn't find him mentioned by any name anywhere else. If his name might have been changed anyways, it might be worthwhile to change it to that. --TimMierz 02:48, 10 November 2009 (UTC)
Coming straight from one of their mouths, that sounds like as official a name as we're gonna get at this point. I support "Casio Head Strong Bad". — It's dot com 16:07, 8 December 2016 (UTC)
I'd definitely prefer a name from one of the Brothers Chaps over an unofficial fan-created name. Supporting "Casio Head Strong Bad" as well. DEI DAT VMdatvm center\super contra 13:43, 9 December 2016 (UTC)
Sure, why not? Casio Head Strong Bad, I say! lBryIxA.png Gfdgsgxgzgdrc 06:53, 10 December 2016 (UTC)
It's as close to an official name as we have, so go for it. — Defender1031*Talk 20:23, 10 December 2016 (UTC)

If we rename it, we should get a bot to change the links. lBryIxA.png Gfdgsgxgzgdrc 01:40, 12 March 2017 (UTC)
