The Exact Same is a puppet that looks like Homestar Runner. In Main Page 25, he apparently thought that he was the exact same as Homestar.
He looks similar to Homestar, but he has a flatter hat (with no propeller), is more tubelike, has a smaller head and underbite, and rounder eyes. His voice, also nothing like that of Homestar, has a plain, stressed male tone, done by Mike Chapman. He does not move his mouth when he speaks. His look and voice seem to be an homage to the original 1955 Kermit the Frog puppet.
