Police homestar
I changed the caption from "Russian Police" officer because I think that they were simply trying to portray a policeman from a cold weather area.

- I'm no expert on Russian culture, but the clothing does have a very Russian look, to it, espically with the star. And it would fit in the context of the clips of Strongbad and Homestar wearing diffrent ethnic costumes.--.

- My first thought (and put a note in the entry originally) that it was based off Fargo sheriff outfit from the Coen Brother's film Fargo. That would be keeping with the star, and TBC have made references to other Coen Brothers films in the past.
