Credenza

Done HRWiki:Featured article for 2010, week 31 (Aug 2–8)

I'd like to go with a pseudocharacter for this week. Charlemagne seems like a good choice, but Wormdingler and Credenza would work too. --Kingdom Stars 12:23, 2 June 2010 (UTC)

Credenza would work, I suppose. MHarrington 02:08, 17 June 2010 (UTC)
I like Credenza. --79.221.47.243 22:40, 23 June 2010 (UTC)

SXSW Panel - 14 Mar 2005

Done HRWiki:Featured article for 2010, week 32 (Aug 9–15)

For this week, how about something proposed long ago: the SXSW Panel from March 2005. MHarrington 01:05, 31 May 2010 (UTC)

It's comical and worthy of being featured. --209.148.176.136 12:11, 31 May 2010 (UTC)
We could do NYU Talk - 1 Mar 2005. PowerFile:Homestar Kamikaze Green Favicon.pngPie
For the record, the reason MHarrington suggested the interview he did was because of This. We opted for The Couch then. I like this specific interview, so I'm for it. StrongAwesome 20:50, 31 May 2010 (UTC)
This seems like a good idea. The only mild concern I have (which I alluded to last time) is the possibility that the writeup might be too short (it's a fairly short interview). If we can get a good writeup, though, I'm all for it. Heimstern Läufer 08:31, 1 June 2010 (UTC)
As I said, I think a more notable interview/public appearance should be featured instead. And what about my 20X6 suggestion? RickTommy (edits) 08:42, 1 June 2010 (UTC)
RickTommy, sometimes consensus doesn't go your direction. I think in this case that's what's happening: people are disagreeing with both of your points and favouring another option besides your suggestion. You've clearly stated that you think a more substantial appearance should be chosen and that you think this week should be 20X6. Others disagree. Constantly reiterating is not going to change people's minds, rather, it's going to make them annoyed. Heimstern Läufer 08:49, 1 June 2010 (UTC)
Per that guy above me. --209.148.176.136 21:34, 1 June 2010 (UTC)
RickTommy, I think you really need to focus on everything else besides just this. You're really hogging it. Why don't you do Recent Changes instead? You can edit often and not just hog! My vote anyway is really for any interview. We haven't done any in several months. doctorwho295 15 June 2010
We really need to focus on some interview for this week. MHarrington 06:38, 18 June 2010 (UTC)
All Things Considered Interview - 8 May 2005? Rondleman! Stuff I did.Talk. 21:54, 6 July 2010 (UTC)

Play Date

Done HRWiki:Featured article for 2010, week 33 (Aug 16–22)

I hope I as an Anonny am tolerated to make this suggestion. It's been on my mind for some time. Shorts seem to get featured rather rarely for some reason and this is one of my favorites. --79.221.32.11 10:54, 19 July 2010 (UTC)

Yeah it has been a while since we've featured a short. we could also do Ballad of The Sneak, One Two, One Two or No Hands On Deck Rondleman! Stuff I did.Talk. 17:50, 30 July 2010 (UTC)
Play Date sounds like a really good one. I still think that's one of the most fun ideas TBC've had yet. Heimstern Läufer 16:33, 13 August 2010 (UTC)

Heavy Lourde

Done HRWiki:Featured article for 2010, week 34 (Aug 23–29)

It's probably major enough to warrant a feature. PowerFile:Homestar Kamikaze Green Favicon.pngPie

Yes. 121.214.45.225 06:10, 24 August 2010 (UTC) (RickTommy)
See RickTommy, that's what you should be doing in the featured article selection. You should be agreeing with other peoples suggestions instead of just hogging the spotlight and making at all about your suggestion. Good job. Rondleman! Stuff I did.Talk. 23:13, 30 August 2010 (UTC)

Gavin

Done HRWiki:Featured article for 2010, week 35 (Aug 30–Sep 5)

I wrote a potential FA writeup for Gavin a while ago, and I'd still like to hear people's opinions on it. --DorianGray 22:01, 8 August 2010 (UTC)

The writeup looks good. I'm all for adding it to the queue. --Stux 22:06, 8 August 2010 (UTC)

Sloshy

Done HRWiki:Featured article for 2010, week 36 (Sep 6–12)

For Aug 16-22. RickTommy (edits) 08:33, 8 August 2010 (UTC)

What's so special about August 16 that would make you want to feature Sloshy then? phlip TC 10:40, 8 August 2010 (UTC)
concert originally was released on August 20, which is during that week. That's nearest I can guess. --DorianGray 10:53, 8 August 2010 (UTC)
I think sloshy is a fine choice for an FA. I don't think we should bend over backward to time it for the anniversary, though. Heimstern Läufer 21:55, 8 August 2010 (UTC)
I'm gonna have to go with Heimstern on this one. PowerFile:Homestar Kamikaze Green Favicon.pngPie
