The wiki is not a concordance. As such we tend to document things and concepts that are not mundane, whether being unique to the H*R universe, used as a humorous motif, or particularly novel in its application. I don't see the value of listing each occurence of a specific and common word's usage. Propose deletion. - Qermaq - (T/C) 21:54, 9 March 2008 (UTC)
- I agree. "Awesome" is a common word, and it's not like the word is being used in any strange way (usually). Delete. Homestar-Winner (talk) 22:02, 9 March 2008 (UTC)
- I've actually been tempted to create a page called "The", to document all the times the word "The" has been used, in protest of pages like this one. Only, I wouldn't *really* do that, because it'd be pointless, and would ultimately solve nothing. All right, I feel better now that I said that. As for this, delete. -YK

- Did anyone actually read this article before voting? I thought some of those appearances were unusual enough. Bad Bad Guy 22:15, 9 March 2008 (UTC)
- I couldn't find anything much out of the ordinary. If you think that some appearances are unusual and that there is a common theme, then you should change the article description and only list occurrences that fit the description. But as I said, I can't see any interesting pattern in there, so currently I think it should be deleted. Loafing

- BBG, some usages may be somewhat novel, but it's so commonplace for people to use this word in novel constructions that it's hardly notable that the citizens of Free Country USA do as well. - Qermaq - (T/C)

- Hmm, I see where this article is going, but it's just too common a word to merit a page, in my opinion. Delete.

- I tried a few times to remove the plainest instances and ended up realizing about 2/3 had to go (except "one to awesome", "awexome cross", "awesome sauce", "kick-awesome", and "bro-awesome"). If those are not enough for an article than change my vote to delete. Bad Bad Guy 22:48, 12 March 2008 (UTC)
- You know what, that's a pretty short list compared to style or type. Just delete this article and finally record our explanations as to why we are not crazy enough to have an Awesome article. Bad Bad Guy 13:22, 17 March 2008 (UTC)

- Okay, per the above consensus and request by BBG, I've deleted this page.

Would anyone like to offer suggestions on how to make this seem worthier of becoming a real article? BBG 04:17, 31 October 2011 (UTC)
- My first question is, is this subpage open for anyone to edit, or is BBG the only one who has permission?

- DorianGray has a Senor Cardgage-themed subpage that lots of people have edited.

- ...b/c DG said they could. as you're the only one who has edited this page yet, it's unclear if you've given the community permission to edit your subpage.
