Ever since Homsar first appeared, he and Strong Bad have had a strange relationship. Strong Bad seems to dislike him strongly, trying to kill him at least once, but at times, he doesn't seem to mind Homsar's strangeness and Homsar doesn't seem to mind Strong Bad at all.
Strong Bad and Homsar getting along
- Email different town — Strong Bad transforms Homsar into a modestly hot girl to "help [him] through the hard times".
- Email theme park — Homsar dresses as General Tso's Chicken, one of the mascots for Strong Bad's Mount RidesPlace! USA.
- Email cliffhangers — After Strong Bad cuts down both Homsar and The King of Town, he gives them bags of snacks with their names on them.
- One Two, One Two — Strong Bad calls on Homsar to do a solo.
- Strong Badia the Free — Homsar joins Strong Badia and the Homestarmy.
- Baddest of the Bands — Strong Bad, albeit reluctantly, allows Homsar in his band.
Strong Bad being mean to Homsar

- Pumpkin Carve-nival — Strong Bad (disguised as Homestar) tells Homsar that he "set a new standard for last place" and just drops a "LAST" ribbon on the ground while walking away, and saying, "You don't get a ding."
- Email dragon — In an Easter egg, Strong Bad tells Homsar to get out of his house.

- Trogdor!! The Board Game (video) — Strong Bad is incredulous at Homsar being described as one of his "friends".
Homsar being mean to Strong Bad
- Strong Badia the Free — Homsar betrays the Homestarmy by defecting to the Municipality along with The Cheat and Coach Z.
- Career Day — Homsar, along with Homestar Runner and Strong Mad, laughs at Strong Bad as Space Captainface. However, Strong Bad shares the laugh with all three.
