Sickly Sam's Big Outing, released on Monday, February 11, 2008, is a Valentine's Day toon, set in the Old-Timey universe. This is the first Old-Timey toon to be presented in a color (namely, pink), added in to the otherwise black and white toon. In this toon, The Homestar Runner and Old-Timey Marzipan help Sickly Sam get ready for a date. All the while this is happening, Old-Timey Strong Bad and his cronies, Strong Man and The Sneak, try every effort to sabotage their efforts, so that the three villains can instead sell Sam to the Glue Factory.
