Most of the characters of the Homestar Runner universe are very different in physical characteristics from humans. However, there have been a few characters that more resemble humans.
Despite his appearance, Strong Bad has referred to himself as a human in record book. He similarly referred to Marzipan as a human in retirement.
- Arrow'd Guy — the tormentor of the Teen Girl Squad.
- Balding Man — a stereotype of the average middle-aged man.
- Biscuit Dough Hands Man — created after a drawing was created of a man from a description of The King of Town's description of who stole his crown.
- Crack Stuntman — the voice of Gunhaver of the Cheat Commandos.
- Limozeen — a stereotypical hair metal band, animated in best thing.
- Teeg Dougland — the manager of Limozeen.
- Email for kids — a guitarist resembling a typical singer-songwriter appeared during the counting song.
- Email space program — the filmstrip includes pictures of some very human looking "Hot sixties looking girls".
